KSP: DESIGN, SERVICE, PRODUCTION
We are passionate about our activities. For us metallic materials are a living and formable matter. In German the three letters of KSP stand for design, service, and production. We support you through each process step, from the idea up to the production of the precision component.
We support you in the design process with our technical expertise and examine your parts for feasibility and improved production processes, with the aid of CAD or 3D printing. This enables you to ensure efficient results early on in the design phase.
In the area of services we are happy to take care of all the process steps for you. This means you can also order surface finishing, laser marking, assembly and packing in a cleanroom atmosphere. We also produce parts to stock and then deliver certain batches on request, just in time.
In the area of production we convince with high quality CNC turned and milled parts with complex geometries for different application areas. Our focus here is the machining of difficult materials.

KSP delivers high quality components according to DIN EN ISO 13485:2016 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 from high quality materials supplied by certified manufacturers or dealers in Europe. Our materials conform to EU directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) and EU regulation no. 1907/2006 (REACH).
The smallest component we have produced up to now: for some people it resembles a chip, but for us it's a component.
We have produced more than 5,000 different items in 5 years!
Every year we process between 20 to 30,000 metres of titanium and titanium alloys to produce high precision components. As a result, we have become experts in this field.
TURNING SMALL PARTS IS OUR SPECIALTY
In the field of turning and milling technology, no desired product is too small. Thanks to a modern array of machines we produce CNC turned and milled parts with extremely low tolerances in the micrometre range. We produce small to medium-sized volumes for you respectively from 100 to 100,000 pieces with comprehensive machining.
