Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are therefore happy to take care of all the required internal and external process steps and can offer you comprehensive one-stop shop solutions. This includes CAD design, 3D printing for prototypes, functional models, plating through surface treatment, laser marking, cleanroom services, and just-in-time delivery concepts.
In the design department we check your ideas for feasibility and after a thorough examination make proposals for changes and improvements to parts. Here as is required we also use 3D printing for prototypes and functional models.
All chemical and electroplating types of coating and surface finishing are a part of our daily work and include anodising and functional layers. Furthermore, we are also happy to take on the marking of parts using laser technology, engraving or coining and pack the parts in sterile packaging. Here we work with well-known specialists in the respective field.
In our company, standard parts are washed after the production process and carefully packed. For customers in the field of medical engineering we also offer our cleanroom service. We offer to clean, etch, assemble and pack your components and assemblies according to class 7 cleanroom conditions.
In order to enable clear identification of the parts many customers order laser marking for their turned and milled parts or some other form of marking such as engraving or coining. This is often made with their logo in colour. We deliver complete products according to the agreed delivery schedule.
WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS /JIT DELIVERY
You can order components from us according to a general agreement and then call up the goods at agreed times. This ensures the availability of your component and minimises the risk of different and long delivery times. In this process we deliver clearly defined batches to your plant according to a just-in-time schedule.
HIGH PRECISION CNC TURNED AND MILLED PARTS
KSP produces small precision CNC turned parts and milled parts with complex geometries for different application areas. Our trademark is the machining of difficult materials from rust-free alloys. This includes titanium, titanium alloys, stainless steel, and special materials.
