Purpose and legal Basis for the processing of personal Data

Personal data will be processed via our website as follows:

Collection of personal data when visiting our websites
The purpose for processing the IP address and for the use of cookies is the provision of our web content.  This is done based on Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO. We collect, process and use your personal data when accessing our website (usage data) only to the extent required to enable you to access our service and to provide information about our company and our services.

The contact form is used for the purpose of electronically transmitting any requests to  KSP Technologie GmbH. Here, it is mandatory to give the following (personal) details: title, first and last name and e-mail address of the contacting person. You may also (not mandatory) provide the name of your company, your full postal address and phone number to  make it easier for us to get back to you.

The legal basis for the processing of the abovementioned data is your consent according to Art. 6 (1) (a) DSGVO which we will ask you to give us prior to the transmission of your data.  You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect by sending an e-mail making this request to info@ksp-cnc.de.

 

Application Upload Form
With our Application Upload Form we would like to give job applicants the opportunity to send applications directly via our website.

KSP Technologie GmbH processes the applicant’s data for the purpose of handling the application process, based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 (b) DSGVO (allowing measures preliminary to a contract).
In that case, we will process the following data provided by you:

 

  • Title, first and last name
  • Contact data (e.g. e-mail adress, full postal address, phone number)
  • Full range of application documents (e.g. cover letter, CV, certificates, references)

 

Only selected employees who are involved in the selection process will be granted access to your application documents. KSP Technologie GmbH will not forward any of your personal data to third parties or process the data for other purposes without obtaining your prior written consent.

Personal Data will not be forwarded to third countries.

Recipients of Personal Data

Due to the use of Google Analytics, data concerning your use of the website can be passed on to Google and stored there if you do not withdraw your consent to its use.  Besides this, we will not forward any personal data to third parties.

Storage Period

 

After the request you sent via our contact form has completely been handled, your personal data will be deleted, as long as there are no legal obligations which require further processing of your data.

Four months after completion of the application process, KSP Technologie GmbH will delete all personal data you provided with your application.

Indivdual rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

 

  • the right to request information according to Art. 15 DSGVO
  • the right to request correction according to Art. 16 DSGVO,
  • the right to request deletion according to Art. 17 DSGVO,
  • the right to restrict processing according to Art. 18 DSGVO,
  • the right to transferability according to 20 DSGVO,
  • the right of withdrawal according to Art. 21 DSGVO,
  • the right to revoke a given consent at any time; the data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

Further, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority LfDI Baden-Württemberg.

Obligation to provide data

It is not possible to visit our website without providing personal data. There is no obligation to provide further personal data beyond that.
